A huge thank you to everyone who braved the freezing weather in Brighton-Hove, UK this Saturday to take part in the massive 350 EARTH event there designed by Radiohead's Thom Yorke!
There are too many people to thank all at once, but a few folks really stand out: Joanna Hedges, the amazing and tireless UK coordinator who took an idea and made it a reality; the Brighton-Hove council and community who graciously hosted the art piece; our friends at all the UK climate campaigns that stepped up to the plate; photographers like James Taylor and Dade Freeman, for capturing the moments we can now share with the world; and, of course, Thom Yorke and Stanley Donwood for designing the image of King Canute and sharing it as a symbol for climate action today.
At 350 EARTH, we've focused on making art big enough to be visible from space, but often, the real art (and inspiration) is in the faces of people on the ground. None of this art would have been possible without people: you, your neighbors, and your friends around the world who are building this movement together.
